​Sanitis began operations in 2013 with the initial goal of bringing unique and innovative infection control solutions to the healthcare industry to combat the rise of hospital acquired infections and address the shortcomings of existing antimicrobial products. Since then, we have expanded into bringing cutting edge solutions to medical procedures and environmental services.

Hospital Acquired Infections are a serious problem for the healthcare industry, including hospitals, clinics, and long term care facilities where patients and residents with compromised immune systems are especially susceptible to contracting dangerous illnesses.  Some HAIs, like C. difficile, C. auris, Clostridium perfigens, MRSA, CRE, VRE, and A. baumanni have become serious threats and cause thousands of deaths per year. Fortunately, with well thought-out protocols including food-industry style HAACP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) plans that address all potential sources of infection and the right disinfectants and cleaners, the dangers such pathogens pose can be significantly reduced and issues can be quickly and properly addressed when they do occur.
